Patients & Visitors
Our mission at Orchard Hospital is to provide our community with superior healthcare. We strive to ensure that your experience at Orchard Hospital is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Our first priority is to provide you with the care you need when you need it, with skill, compassion, and respect.
Please inform your caregivers if you have concerns about your care or if you have pain. You have the right to know the identity of the physicians, nurses, and other personnel involved in your care, and you also have the right to know when these personnel are students, residents, or trainees.
In this section, you will find information and tools that will inform you about the services and resources available to you and your loved ones before, during, or after a visit to Orchard Hospital.
Tell us about your experience
Please be sure to take a moment to complete our survey located on the computers provided throughout the hospital. It gives you the opportunity to acknowledge any special services you feel you received during your stay or let us know of any suggestions you may have for us to serve you better.
Please share any concerns you may have with the nurse or other individual in charge of that area. Your nurse will document your concerns and share them with the manager/director of the area.
If a patient has difficulty speaking or understanding English, or if the patient’s hearing is impaired, the hospital will provide assistance. Please notify your nurse if you would like any assistance.
If the patient’s native language is Spanish, an in-house Spanish interpreter is available, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. At other times and for other languages, the hospital has interpreters accessible by phone.
Sign language interpreters are available to assist the hearing impaired.
